28 Days of Success

Mark OCTOBER 17th at 7PM on your calendar- because that’s DAY 1 of the 28 Days of Success!
Your Ascend Fitness Coaches have been brainstorming ways to help you make the MOST out of your Ascend Fitness membership.  We know you work hard while you’re within our four walls- we see it day after day.  We just want to help you keep it up on the other days!  We also want to help you stay on track with your eating choices.
1. Attend on October 17th at 7pm for our Nutrition Crash Course.  We’ll also do the first week’s weigh in on this day.
2. Print out the templates below.  You’ll need 14 copies of the food journal, 4 copies of the healthy habits check list, 4 copies of the menu planning template, and 1 copy of the goal setting/ weight tracker template.  To keep yourself neat and organized, I recommend putting all the sheets together in a binder.
3. Attend one Check-In session per week.  Don’t worry, you won’t be waiting around.  We’ll set up a cardio circuit that you can do while you’re waiting.  We’re going to check to make sure you are keeping your food journal and that you are doing your cardio training!
Check ins are scheduled for:
Mondays at 6:30-7:00am & 5:00p-5:30pm
Wednesdays at 8:30-9:00pm
Saturdays at 10:00-10:30am
We’re going to send out ‘flash cardio’ opportunities… join your coaches on a stair workout, or run, or something else equally fun…  Or, if you want to organize an extra workout, let us know and we’ll spread the word.  Lets get active TOGETHER!
Keep your exercise and food journal for 28 days, and come to one check in per week and enter to win you can win a scholarship to our FAMOUS 21 Day ‘Lose a Dress Size by Christmas’ Challenge to keep the momentum going!  The 21 Day Challenge starts November 26th!  And… if you don’t want to drop a dress size, we’ll help you drop a pant size, or focus on getting toned, or more energy (you get the picture 🙂
