Dear Prospective Administrative Assistant & Client Care Specialist,
First of all, thanks for your interest in this position.  It’s my hope that you have precisely what I need, so I can stop looking immediately and put you to work in the fun and rewarding job I have available.
My name is Tanja Shaw and I run a fitness coaching company called Ascend Fitness in Chilliwack, BC.
My business is dedicated to helping women and men achieve their health and fitness goals through customized nutrition and fitness programs.
If you are hired for this part-time contract, you’ll perform all the administrative and client care services right from your own home.  The position will start at 4 hours per week, but I am looking for someone who will grow with the business.
Tasks I Need You To Perform
-Respond to all e-mails in a timely fashion and forward the e-mail to the appropriate person if required.
-Client care/ customer service tasks
-Execute marketing as required (e-mail, post cards, etc)
-Enter client information into Database
-Complete new client ‘Welcome Package’ protocol
-Update website & social media and directed
-Enter invoices, payments, and receipts into accounting software
-Enter bills into accounting software
-Deposit cheques to bank
-Work on special products.
Required Skills
-High school graduate.  Excellent communication skills.  Must be familiar with computer programs such as word and excel. Knowledge of basic book keeping is an asset.  Access to a computer and reliable internet is required as this position will be done off site.
