Becoming Mindfully Self-Compassionate

We are thrilled to have registered counselor from Restorative Health, Amanda Sarich – CCC, join us for a talk on becoming mindfully self-compassionate.
Participants will learn:
– The basic principals of both formal and informal mindfulness.
– The ways in which self-compassion can increase overall happiness and wellbeing.
– How stress and difficult emotions (such as anxiety, self-doubt, negativity, sadness, or anger) can be effectively managed through mindfulness and self-compassion.
