I put together a short video to show you some KICK BUTT variations of the basic lunge to target your buttocks.
1. Reverse Lunge to Balance
2. Swiss Ball Stability Lunge
3. Lateral Lunge (with or without dumbbells)
4. Transverse Lunge (one of my FAVOURITES!)
Be prepared to be sore tomorrow (I know I certainly was!)
