Today was one of those days when I really didn’t know what to eat. Toast would have been easy, but I know better- and I could hear Sharon’s voice in my head telling to me to stay on target.
My lunch was nothing fancy, but it did the trick. It has the protein and fat needed to recover from this morning’s boot camp workout, and to fuel my upcoming adventures at the park with my son.
Broccoli and Tuna Mix
1 head brocoll, steamed and chopped
1/2 can tuna (have more if you need it!)
1 tbsp olive oil mayo
Mix together and eat mindfully!
