Butternut Squash Energy Bars

2 ripe bananas, mashed or pureed
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 cup butternut squash (you can also use buttercup squash or acorn squash), roasted
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup ground unsalted nuts (I used almonds and walnuts)
1/3  cup hemp hearts
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2-3/4 cup coconut flour
3 tbs cinnamon (I LOVE cinnamon- adjust to your own taste)
Preheat oven to 375.  Line a baking sheet with greased wax paper.
In a food processor, blend the bananas, apple sauce, squash and eggs.  Transfer to a large mixing bowl.  MIx in nuts and seeds.  Add you own flair too!  Stir in coconut flour and cinnamon.   Spoon onto prepared pan and spread evening with a spatula.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool, and then cut in to squares.  Store in the freezer.
