Fall Flavours: Healthy Cooking Night

Join Tanja Shaw in her home for a fun evening of delicious, healthy food and great company (that’s you!).  In this interactive cooking evening to learn how to cook healthy meals for your entire family!
Enjoy a 3 course whole foods, macronutrient balanced dinner (and a glass of wine or two) and learn how to cook a few new healthy recipes to feed your entire family. 
All Proceeds go to the Chilliwack Bowls of Hope Society.  Bowls of Hope provides hot lunches to 680 kids in our community across 19 different schools. 
$60 includes dinner, wine, and the cooking class and donation to support the Chilliwack Bowls of Hope.
Open to Ascend Members and their guests.
