February is here and with it comes the Fitness Challenge for this month. You may have seen it on the board at the studio already but in case you missed it this month’s challenge is 100,000 burpees.
Yes you read that correctly 100,000 Burpees!! Our goal as a group is perform 100,000 burpees this month. So keep track and make sure you jot them down on a card and add them to the challenge wall.
