Grilled Turkey with Avocado Chili Salsa!


 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Turkey ingredients:
1 chili pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
zest of lime
8 0z skinless, boneless turkey breast
Salsa ingredients:
1 jalapeno
2Tbsp finely diced red onion
1 avocado, diced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. diced tomato
1 tbsp. lime juice
cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together chili, garlic and lime zest. Pour mixture over turkey and let marinate in fridge for 30mins. In another bowl mix salsa ingredients together.
BBq turkey or indoor grill for about 4-5 minutes each side and serve with salsa.
