LINDSAY O'HARA
I am a busy mother of two children, my daughter Brooklynn (12) and my son Dayton (10). I grew up in Langley BC, playing a variety of sports, including Ringette, which I represented British Columbia in the Canada Winter Games.
In 2008, I moved to Whistler so I could indulge in my favourite winter sport, snowboarding. After living there through the Olympics, I then enrolled in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley in pursuit of my goal to become a Kinesiologist. I supported myself through University by becoming a certified BCRPA weight room assistant and then Personal Trainer.
Since graduating University, I’ve worked as a Kinesiologist providing active rehabilitation, fitness assessments, 1-on-1 personal training, 2-on-1 personal training, small group personal training classes, boot camps, aerobic classes, spinning, strength and conditioning classes. In addition, I’ve trained myself and coached clients to prepare for competitive fitness shows, as well as training and participating in running events and relays.
I love being able to help people achieve their goals through fitness, while improving their health and quality of life.
