LINDSAY O'HARA

Lindsay is a busy mother of two children, Brooklynn and Dayton and grew up in Langley, BC. She has a background in various sports, including representing British Columbia in Ringette at the Canada Winter Games.

In 2008, Lindsay made the move to Whistler to pursue her passion for snowboarding. After experiencing the Olympic excitement there, she decided to further her education in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, aiming to become a Kinesiologist. To support herself through university, she became a certified BCRPA weight room assistant and later a Personal Trainer.

Since Lindsay’s graduation from university, she has been working as a Kinesiologist, offering active rehabilitation, fitness assessments, personal training in various formats, group fitness classes, and more. She has also coached clients for competitive fitness shows and participated in running events and relays. Her greatest joy is helping people achieve their fitness goals while improving their overall health and quality of life.

  1. What is your all-time go to healthy meal? Chicken, broccoli, and rice.
  2. People would be surprised if they knew…I was the second fastest female finisher at the Tough Mudder Whistler a few years ago.
