I went in to talk with Tanja at Ascend when I hear about a 28 day challenge and I was frustrated with my weight and not able to lose even though I was walking/running etc. I saw results after the 28 day challenge and now 2 years later, I feel great, and have lose weight, inched and dropped from a 12-14 to a size 8 in most things! I love the variety of the boot camp session, and enjoy the social time with the other members!
