I am sending a big thank-you to Ascend Fitness for helping me reach my personal best and my goal for the half marathon this weekend. My goal was to do it in 1:45 and I did it in 1:44:49! My previous best half marathon was 1:58. I didn’t think I’d be able to reach this goal so quickly and realistically I thought it might take a couple years of training, but boot camp really pushed me and got me there! Thanks again!
