Pop Up Yoga Classes At Ascend

Studio B Yoga is offering 2 Pop-Up Yoga Classes here at Ascend Fitness!! They are a new yoga studio set to open early June in Garrison Village. Come on out on Sunday May 10 & 24, at 10-11am at the Ascend Studio to join yoga teacher, Christie Weightman for a fun all-levels class!!!  New comers are welcome to join in too!!! : )
A consistent Yoga practice is a great compliment to your fitness program at Ascend.  The benefits of yoga such as flexibility, balance and range of motion can strengthen your Bootcamp, Small Group and Personal Training sessions.  In addition taking the time to move, focus, pause and breathe through a series of yoga poses can also reduce stress, and provide a moment of calmness and reflection.
