I joined Ascend to get into a healthier lifestyle. I wanted to lose weight, gain energy and learn how to eat well on a sustainable basis. All three of these goals have been realized and continue to be realized. I have lost 35-40 pounds and now exercise 6-7 times per week. We eat much more mindfully, have more energy and look better.
The quality of your organization and team is first class. All of the trainers we have had are great motivators and very positive people. I’m sure this is a reflection of some careful evaluating on your part. I really like the integration of nutrition and exercise that you practice and the opportunity for extra adventures like the nutrition talk, hike to Elk etc. I look forward to more of the same.
I think the coaching programs excel at motivating folks and radiate confidence and compassion which, I think, are the keys to any successful coaching.
I would tell someone on the fence to take the plunge – I haven’t regretted it for a moment. I only regret the length of the pre-contemplation phase (i.e. why did I wait so long?).
