– How to recognize triggers for emotional and binge eating and to reduce overeating.
– Simple strategies to reduce stress and anxiety and to improve your overall well-being.

Amanda’s passion for psychology has proven to be both inspiring and life changing; the field of psychology has long been a genuine interest and guiding force throughout Amanda’s academic career. Amanda has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. She also holds a B.A in Psychology from the University of Alberta. Amanda’s practical experience coupled with her undergraduate and graduate training has enabled Amanda to use evidenced-based interventions (cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness) to empower clients to overcome their personal obstacles. She is continuously inspired by the courage it takes for people to work towards change.
