St. Patty's Day Hill Challenge

Before indulging in green beer, we’re going to torch a ton of calories, tone our thighs and tighten our tushes with a HILL CHALLENGE.  This is March’s Ascend Fitness Challenge.
When: Saturday March 17th at 9:00am
Where: Meet at the trail head to Mt. Thom (on Sylvan Drive).
Who: Clients and friends of Ascend Fitness (that’s YOU!).  All fitness levels are welcome- we will not be hiking or running to the top of Mt. Thom.  You can sprint, run or power walk.
Oh yeah, and WEAR GREEN!!
We’ll hit a coffee shop after for a post workout treat.
