Upper Body Workout & Cardio Bursts (30 minutes)

I’ve had quite a few requests to make a workout video with an upper body focus… here it is!
The 37 minutes in includes warm up and a bit of instruction; we move through the workout pretty quick.  We integrate short cardio bursts (I chose skipping, but you can modify) with upper body strength intervals.  Enjoy!
You’ll need weights, a band and a skipping rope.

The workout:
Cardio Burst #1: 20/10 work to rest X 4 rounds Skipping
Strength Circuit #1:
1. Band Row
2. Renegade Row (Plank to Row)
3. Cross punches in V-Sit
Cardio Burst #2 20/10 work to rest X 4 rounds Skipping
Strength Circuit #1:
1. Squat + 1 arm press (left)
2. Squat + 1 arm press (right)
3. Plank with up and down movement
Cardio Burst #3 20/10 work to rest X 4 rounds Skipping
Strength Circuit #3:
1. Triceps Push-ups
2. Plank + Reverse Fly
3. Hip opener or hip bridge
