Ever come home after a long, tiring day and find yourself hitting the drive-thru and then flop on the couch with Netflix, popcorn, and the Oreo cookies (even though this morning you SWORE you would eat healthier today!)
You did it because those choices were more convenient.
How can you make the things that you want (healthier eating, smaller portions, water, movement, etc.) more convenient?
Your environment matters.
As you plan your day today, think about one habit you’re working on: maybe it’s your fitness, nutrition, water, relationships, morning routine, or stretching at work.
Ask yourself: how can you make that choice more convenient?
💕 Have your water bottle beside you when you work
💕 Set your timer to go off every hour to remind yourself to take a stretch break at work
💕 Put the sugary ‘sometimes’ foods away in another cupboard
💕 Chop veggies on Sundays or buy pre-chopped veggies at the grocery store
💕 Get your workout clothes out the night before
Do not leave success to chance. Think ahead and set yourself up for success! You are WORTH IT!
