WHAT YOU GET WITH PERSONAL TRAINING

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM FOR YOU

Personal program design based around your unique body, your current fitness level and your goals. Programs include corrective and postural exercises, resistance training, cardio training and mobility training. Programs are updated regularly to progress you safely and effectively toward your goals. Every session is coached to ensure correct form, instruction on proper equipment use, keep you safe and motivate you to do your best. 

FAST AND EFFECTIVE WORKOUTS

You’re busy, and the last thing you need or want to do is spend hours in the gym to get results! Your session will focus on challenging but appropriate strength training to help you burn fat, build lean muscle tone, and improve your strength. Each session incorporates tailored cardio training to boost your metabolism. You’ll be in and out and back to your day in within an hour.

There’s no ‘gymtimidation’ at Ascend. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be welcomed to the Ascend family. We have amazingly supportive members who encourage each other along the way. COACHING + ACCOUNTABILITY

This is where the magic happens! We’ll celebrate successes, bust through barriers and challenges and create a short-term action plan to help you reach your goals. We regularly track your progress so you can see your improvements. Whether you are here at the studio of away on vacation or travel, we’ll make sure you have a plan to follow to reach your goals. Let’s do this together!

NUTRITION + LIFESTYLE COACHING

They say exercise is one step forward, but a poor diet is two steps back. Nutrition matters! All of our programs include access to “Fuel”, our comprehensive nutrition program to offers simple, practical solutions to fit healthy eating into your lifestyle. We teach you what to eat for all day energy and to find your body’s happy, natural weight. You’ll also have access to our Ascend approved recipe portal, and even be invited to learn to cook evenings at Tanja’s home! 

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

Our training sessions start as early as 5:30AM on weekday mornings and go until 7:30PM at night. Many of our members have shift work, or have meetings and other appointments that happen from time to time. With our flexible scheduling, you can book the same time each week, or change from week to week, whichever is the most convenient for you!
