[RECIPE] Chocolate Peanut Butter “Milk Shake”

Like many people (perhaps you too?), I love sweets like ice cream. I would eat it every day (in large servings) if I didn’t know it was a bad idea and not in line with my personal health and fitness goals.
So, I’ve created a recipe for a “milk shake” that you could literally have every single day – I love having this for breakfast or even after dinner if I’m craving something sweet!
Here’s the recipe:
1/2 Frozen Banana (peeled and broken into 2-3 pieces before freezing)
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon All-Natural Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Unflavored, Vanilla, or Chocolate Protein Powder (I usually use Collagen Protein
1/2 c-1c Almond Milk (for a thicker ice cream to eat with spoon, use less milk.  For a milkshake consistency, use more.)
Throw it all in a blender and enjoy! Sometimes I’ll even add chia seeds or cacao nibs for some fiber and texture.
Whip one of these up, and let me know what you think!
Yours in Health,
Tanja X
